The board of Rolda Inc. is made up of passionate and dedicated individuals who bring a wealth of experience, expertise, and empathy to our animal rescue mission. United by a shared commitment to animal welfare, each member contributes unique skills to our organisation. They work behind the scenes, ensuring that Rolda Inc. stays true to its mission, remains financially and regulatory compliant and operates effectively to maximise the charity's impact on animals.

Andy is from the UK and has lived in Melbourne since 2014. He has been a ROLDA Inc. board member since 2018.
In his spare time, Andy loves enjoying the outdoors and camping in the Australian bush. He loves being active with various hobbies and organising events to bring the community together. He's passionate about people and animal welfare and although he does not have time to own his own dog, he fosters dogs whenever he can.

Cathy has been involved in animal welfare for many years, both as a volunteer and on a professional basis. Cathy spent five years as Supporter Services Manager and Grants Manager for the International Fund for Animal Welfare (AUS.) As well as being a board member for Rolda Inc. she is on the board of Soi Dog Australia and Patch’s Animal Sanctuary.
Cathy is a delegate for the Animal Justice Party (AJP), a regional group leader and was a candidate in the 2019 NSW state election. She is a published author and a professional digital copywriter in the charity sector.

Sarah lives in New South Wales and has served on the board of Rolda Inc. since 2015.
She is a self-employed Functional Healthcare Practitioner, specialising in detoxification. Sarah brings a wealth of business experience to the charity and is responsible for allocating funds and the everyday financial management of the charity.

Jackie lives in Adelaide and has been on the board for six years. Jackie has worked alongside many organisations for 20 years supporting homeless people to gain and maintain long-term housing. She has a rescue cat called Ripley, who is now 4 years old and rules the home.

Originally from the UK and now living in NSW, Gemma has over 8 years of experience as a development manager for Rolda. Animal welfare is her passion and her work at Rolda Inc includes donor and legacy management as well as the everyday running of the charity. When Gemma is not working she is spending time outdoors with her family.
